Return Policy

  1. Return claims must be made by email within 7 days of the goods being delivered. After this all sales are final and no returns will be accepted.
  2. All returns must be authorized by a REFERENCE Number. This will be provided to you via email.
  3. Items that are returned within 7 days but are not faulty, and are unsaleable will not be refunded. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to you.
  4. Items that are returned to us as faulty, but on testing, turn out not to be faulty, will be returned to you at your cost.
  5. Returns of incorrectly ordered items outside of 7 days may be allowed subject to a 10% restocking fee and good condition.
  6. Returned merchandise will be accepted only if:

    1. The product(s) are in original mint and clean condition. Damaged, scratched, programmed, burnt, or otherwise 'played with' merchandise will not be accepted.
    2. The product(s) include all accessories originally supplied with the item. This includes cables, batteries, packaging etc.
    3. With your return, enclose a copy of your invoice and a brief letter detailing why the merchandise is being returned and state your request for either a refund or an exchange. Include the reference number on this letter, and on the outside of the shipping box.
  7. You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items to us and for the value of the goods if they are diminished as a result of your handling.
  8. Please note: It is your responsiblity to ensure that returned goods reach us. Please use a trackable or insured form of shipping. If we do not receive your package we will not be held liable. Please take care of them and package them well.
